IBPS PO Recruitment Notification:

IBPS PO Notification is released in 4 August 2020.

IBPS PO Syllabus:

There were 3 sections in IBPS PO Exam. These are,

  1. Quantitative Aptitude
  2. Reasoning Ability
  3. General Awareness

IBPS PO Exam Pattern:

Preliminary Examination (Objective):-

The type of this paper is MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions). This paper has 100 MCQs and is divided into three parts (mentioned below).

Note:- There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks on every wrong answer.

Mains Examination (Objective):-

The type of this paper is MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions). This paper has 155 MCQs and is divided into four parts (mentioned below). Also, an additional section is here for writing.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria:

The basic criteria of IBPS PO Exam is mainly about two pre-requisites

  • Nationality

You must be a national of India, Nepal and Bhutan.

  • Educational Qualifications:

Graduation degree from recognized university.

  • Age Limit:

As on 01.08.2020, you must be minimum 20 years or maximum 30 years. I.e. you must not have born earlier than 02.08.1990 and not later than 01.08.2000 (both dates inclusive).

IBPS PO 2020 Recruitment procedure was began on 1st March 2019.

IBPS PO Result:

IBPS PO results will be declared on the official website of IBPS (result dates are given above).

A candidate who will qualify Preliminary Exam, will be eligible for Mains Exam and a candidate who will qualify Mains Exam, will be eligible for Interview and Document Verification and so on. However, final selection will be based on Merit List and candidates on the final merit list will receive the appointment letter from PO and confirmation of their deputation.

IBPS PO Cut-off:

Cut-off, basically, is the minimum marks that a candidate need to score to meet the designated limit to be eligible to move to next stage of selection.
